Digital Workplace & Collaboration Consultant

BioMar is currently looking for an English and Spanish speaking Digital Workplace & Collaboration Consultant with a strong focus on user centricity to join our global IT ServiceDesk.

We are on a journey towards becoming a truly global internal IT Services provider, with the ambition of providing excellent user experience by delivering professional and effective communication and training to our end-users while adopting to new workplace technologies.

You will be part of Global IT and refer to the IT Support Manager with Support colleagues in Denmark, Norway, and Chile. Our team is characterized by high ambitions, high professional standards, and an informal team spirit.

Play a key role as the front-end responsible of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, including but not limited to

You will be working closely together with our operational teams and IT Business Partners, to ensure effective implementation, communication, and adoption of these user centric collaboration services.
 

You will stay updated on future Office 365 updates and how they may affect our users, while being on top of and aligning business requirements. 

You will challenge and innovate the current way of working to improve our IT service deliveries within BioMar, with an increased focus on further use of mobile devices, in line with our “All Mobile” strategy.
