**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

As a Junior Quality Analyst for AGITO Medical, you will support the business in sustaining its position as one of Europe’s leading suppliers of pre-owned medical imaging equipment, spare parts and Rental Solutions. You will support the business in the expansion and development of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, standards and procedures through analysis of quality data and documentation compliance assurance.
**You are responsible for**
+ Maintaining and reporting on the Daily Management board, ensuring efficient visualization of quality and business KPIs. Analysis of trends and support in the development of KPIs.
+ Gathering information and preparing documentation for quarterly Management Review Meetings.
+ Monitoring feedback handling module, claim handling and customer satisfaction survey results, ensuring documentation and preparing data visualization.
+ Verifying tool calibration records, humidity and temperature logging, FDA regulated sales, and other data, ensuring documentation according to ISO 13485 standards.
+ Assisting in audits (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 8/FDA, EHS)
+ Support in other Quality and Regulatory related activities.

AGITO Medical provides flexible and cost-efficient medical imaging equipment to hospitals, clinics and distributors worldwide, including rental solutions and spare parts from all major brands.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
+ BA in a relevant field (business, administration, engineering etc.)
+ 2 years of experience in an international organization.
+ Experience in a job function that required adhering to ISO standards, preferably ISO 13485. General user-level knowledge of QMS concepts. Internal Auditor or quality management training desirable but not indispensable.
+ Excel super-user, analytical skills, experienced with KPIs.
+ Solid communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in English (Danish optional).
+ Strong attention to detail and skilled in follow-up.
