We’re looking for commercially driven person to work alongside our Director of CRM & VIP in a pivotal supporting capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong background in CRM with the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise a changing workload within a fast-paced environment where deadlines can be short and workload high. In this role you will constantly be pushing the limits of what our engagement platform can do helping us overcome the challenges to deliver the best customer experience.

A flavour of what you'll be doing:

  • Support the Director of CRM & VIP in the management and follow-up on key initiatives relating to product delivery, compliance, data, and analytics
  • Work with stakeholders across various commercial teams to understand and scope product requirements, and then work closely with the Product Managers to prioritise the initiatives and drive implementation
  • Complete commercial user-acceptance testing of all new product and data deliveries before they go live
  • Ensure smooth commercial roll out of all product releases, ensuring that the commercial teams are fully briefed, and that documentation and training material have been created by relevant teams
  • Monitor competitor products, understanding how they are leveraging engagement functionality and features to deliver a best-in-class user experience, and see how similar features could work for us
  • Help build strong central processes and identify improvement areas to streamline the way we work
  • Understand stakeholders’ needs for performance reports and dashboards, and drive implementation with relevant team
  • Create and implement department wide projects, processes, and report templates
  • Follow-up on decisions and action plans from department meetings
  • Ensure flow of communication within CRM & VIP department, as well as getting important information and updates out to stakeholders
  • You're good at:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years online gaming experience essential; ideally gained within a CRM or product engagement role
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in a marketing, business or technology discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Experience of writing compelling business cases
  • Significant experience of taking the business lead in the development of requirements and delivery of high-profile projects
  • Understanding of all aspects of an engagement platform, including system configuration, reporting and bonus features
  • Strong familiarity with product management, agile methodologies, and best practices
