For our client GP Strategies, we are looking for a skilled, professional and driven Finance operations Lead with hands-on attitude and ability to work independent.
Description
As part of GP Strategies growing Human Capital technology practice in EMEA, the Reporting Lead will be responsible for managing and developing the business side of GP Strategies EMEA reporting. You will lead and support the processes between the project managers and US/UK Finance teams and provide management reports to the EMEA management team.
Responsibilities

Manage and deliver on existing financial reporting on forecasting, backlog, utilisation, revenue and budgeting for monthly management meetings

Drive development of reporting both Financial and operational

Coordinate activities between project managers and US finance teams and participate in relevant virtual meetings (daily/weekly)

You will report to the managing directors for our HCT EMEA practice

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or similar

Minimum +3 years’ experience from similar financial role, preferably from the professional services industry

Experienced in data mining and reporting

Fluent in English and preferably understanding of Danish language

Proactive and structured in working approach

Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.

Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
