As an Audit Specialist at NNIT, you will be part of the central Quality and Security (Q&S) department, in the Audit & Compliance Team. In Q&S we support NNIT Line of Business (LoB) from the core and directly contribute to the success of our quality and security mind-set across all business in NNIT – local and global. The Audit & Compliance team works with all parts of our business to provide both assessment and guidance for meeting regulatory and customer compliance requirements.

Your responsibilities 

You are expected to take an active lead within daily service and audit team responsibilities. Important tasks for the position include: 

  • Planning the schedule and scope of NNIT internal audits, conducting quality focused internal audits 
  • Driving customer or 3rd party audits of NNIT, and guiding our LoB auditees before and during audits 
  • Supporting short-notice spot or external regulatory audits 
  • Following up on audit finding actions, both internally and externally 
  • Assisting Q&S with providing support and awareness of our standards and processes 
  • Assisting with our Quality Management System service improvement and automation projects 

    • You will be working with NNIT LoB in Denmark, and in collaboration with skilled colleagues in Czech Republic, China, Philippines and other locations. 

    Qualifications and experience 

    You preferable hold a university degree or similar, with a solid base of quality and process audit experience, derived from a sector with high complexity or from a position as a consultant working with similar clients.

  • Some years of previous experience conducting quality and compliance audits with an IT focus
  • It will be an advantage if you hold Official certifications from ISACA, IIA, ESL or other recognized governance associations
  • You have knowledge or interest of ISO 9001 quality, ISO 27001 security and Quality Management systems and processes, as well as training or experience with IT Service Management processes (ITIL)
  • You have solid administrative and communication skills, and you know how to conduct meetings professionally. You are a good listener and equally ready to share knowledge with colleagues. You are comfortable conducting audit interviews and being in front of a crowd. You take ownership and work purposefully to achieve the targets you have set, being passionate about creating order and structure.

    • High level of oral and written Danish and English is a requirement. Formal communications and documentation will primarily be in English.
