Your job will be within Accenture Technology Outsourcing working as a Delivery Lead of the future which provides services spanning a wide range of technologies and helps to transform businesses on behalf of our clients. Digital, security, application and cloud technologies are changing the way our clients do business and are transforming the operating models and infrastructure at the heart of their operations. You will be part of being at the forefront of this evolution: helping clients delivering high performance services – with a relentless focus on adding greater value to their business.
We are a global team of Delivery Managers all taking care of our customers’ IT and deliver best-in-class services. We can offer you challenging tasks in an informal and global atmosphere, where we will support you in your ambitions, on a daily basis ensuring that you receive the training needed. We will help you developing your skills so that they suit both your personal goals and our goals within Accenture. You will be working together with your Delivery Client teams and a Delivery Lead where you make a mark ensuring high customer satisfaction and a successful delivery.
Right now, we are looking for a Client Service Delivery Manager (CSDM) / Delivery of the future, who want to support us driving the Outsourcing delivery of our clients most important and critical business services. This usually cover the whole range of IT deliveries from infrastructure to applications both operations and development. Further it includes involvement of a wide range of Accenture delivery teams from, onshore, nearshore as well as offshore locations.



You will possess a significant role in our Nordic Service Delivery Manager team which consists of very strong, senior and very dedicated employees that will provide you with the know-how and tools that you need to be successful.

+ Support one or more complex outsourcing delivery accounts and deliver to plan



+ Support our client leads of contact to client, partners, and delivery



+ Working with clients, partners and delivery teams delivering best-in-class services to our clients



+ Having a strong interest in developing your relationship management skills



+ As a strong team player- and continues building strong networking skills



+ Bringing in new Accenture innovations inspiration to our clients with help from Senior Delivery Lead, Accenture Subject Matter Experts, different Accenture Center of Excellence teams, Labs, Studios and Innovation Centers.









You in a nutshell





+ Strong interest working in a global organization with key focus on Digital, Application and Cloud / Intrastructure services



+ Contribute in a team-oriented environment



+ Beneficial being certified in multiple domains (e.g. Cloud, ITIL, ERP, SAFe, Scrum)



+ Be engaged in the development of client engagements and onboarding of new clients



+ Participate in bids (RFIs/RFPs)



+ Strong communication skills written and verbal, good story-teller and strong interest in presenting to clients as well internal.



+ Strong energy, highly motivated, Proactive, “Can do” mindset, organized and capable handling multiple tasks simultaneously



+ Like taking ownership of tasks and drive to closure



+ Fluent in English and preferable in Danish; knowledge of another Scandinavian language is an advantage





Your qualifications and experience
You have a relevant higher education e.g. MSc or similar and are very keen to benefit from the experiences you will have in this role. You know what it takes to develop client management from a strategic view or are eager to learn.
You have a good overview and understanding of IT operations, development, and methods. You are maybe ITIL certified or have a deep interest in learning and become certified.
You possess leadership skills and ambitions, you are eager to work with customer relations, negotiate, build, motivate and develop people in a cross divisional matrix organization.
You are a strong relation builder and you communicate well. You stand your ground and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are a team player who sees the bigger picture and can finish tasks and create results. You are assertive, persistent, have a well-developed humor and do your outmost to contribute to the great atmosphere in the office.
As you will be part of our global virtual teams you are able to communicate clearly in English and preferable in Danish.
