Key Responsibilities of our future Service Technician
+ Repair and test claimed parts and robots
+ Troubleshoot and report findings in our systems
+ Maintain and document findings in our system
+ Maintenance of robots used for trade shows and demos
+ Work from checklist, service requests and instruction
+ Deliver according to SD targets
+ Inspection and receipt of incoming goods
+ Update and maintain a range of records and documentation on warranties

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

You are expected to come with a technical background (mechanical, electrical) and proven troubleshooting experience on technical equipment.

+ Quality minded and understand the importance of procedures and registration

+ A self-starter who is resourceful and initiates work without specific instruction
As the department is working with global end customers and partners a high level in spoken and written English is a must. Furthermore, this position requires the ability to some travelling activities.
