In your role, you will be part of a multicultural and multisite firmware team for Cochlear Implant product development. 

Your responsibility is to bring the best on embedded software development and all DevOps activities around the embedded software delivery. There is a wide range of technical activities you will be involved in.

You can look forward to a challenging student-work position into the following areas:

  • Develop and support of our current and future Cochlear Implant products
  • Propose and innovate embedded architectures to achieve our future roadmap
  • Contribute to the improvements of the software package and DevOps activities
  • Use our medical software development cycle, which complies with regulatory requirements, to implement, optimize, verify, and document these solutions
  • Code testing and development of test cases for the software releases 
  • In your position, you will be working with highly advanced software medical devices.

    Qualifications present within the team you will be working with:

  • Best software practices
  • Real time embedded software development
  • C, Java, Matlab coding and assembly language(s)
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Agile approach and Scrum organization
  • Experience in Medical or Automotive is a plus
  • A high sensibility to regulatory affairs linked to medical domain
  • Understand and submit technical documentation
  • English as our company language 
  • As a person you have good communication skills, you are curious and you are a team player by heart. Strong will to learn and contribute. 
    You are a studying your Bachelor and/or a Master’s degree in software engineering or equivalent background.
