What you will do

In this role as Quality Engineer, you will become part of our Technical Support & Warranty department, which currently consists of five employees, who are specialized in handling technical support and warranty cases for our customers. Globally, Johnson Controls is leading the market within design, production, sale and service of industrial refrigeration plants and heat pumps for industrial applications, as well as marine and offshore applications. Thus, you will typically experience internal customers from our field organization or indirect sales organization. Therefore, you will enter a support role where you will cooperate with other stakeholders such as R&D, factory and customers, as you handle technical support and warranty cases and collaborate on technical solutions.

How you will do it

As our new Quality Engineer, your responsibility will be to handle warranty cases for customers in our system. You will also offer remote technical support on specific cases, and you will collaborate with other departments on technical solutions. Further, you will occasionally order and purchase parts to be used for specific cases. Finally, there is a possibility to work with onsite support cases, if you are interested and knowledgeable within industrial refrigeration.

What we look for

Required

  • We imagine you hold a degree within Marine Engineering (Maskinmester) or perhaps you are a Refrigeration Engineer/Technician. Alternatively, you are an Engineer with a practical/technical background.
  • You are proactive, driven, curious and you approach your work in a structured and collaborate manner.
  • You are fluent in English and Danish.
  • Preferred

  • Ideally, you possess knowledge and/or experience within refrigeration.
  • You have basic IT skills within Microsoft Office.
  • You carry intermediate skills in German.
