We work in the Service Management field, we implement operating models, optimize technology service delivery with e.g. automation, and we transition and transform IT services for our clients. We simply implement the best possible solutions for maintaining, developing, and supporting our clients’ systems and applications.

The Nordic Mobilization team has a great mix of people with diverse backgrounds fueling an innovative community where being different is an advantage – e.g. Viktoria who loves kangaroos and hence lived in Australia few years. During the pandemic her main interest have changed from traveling and hiking to board-games and baking.
Viktoria holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sweden and in her current project she supports a global retail client on their journey from waterfall delivery to Dev-Ops.


Another example is Gautam who recently got married and travelled the world with his wife to visit places that he never even heard of. Gautam loves sports (currently hooked with Padel) and started his career with a 6 months internship in Accenture’s offshore delivery centers.


Gautam is currently leading a transformation program where Accenture is helping our client to drive automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

Working as a Mobilization Consultant with ServiceNow focus in Accenture you will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest custom development projects in Denmark and the Nordics. Here are the capabilities we are looking for:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in science, IT, Business Administration or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience from a position with focus on utilizing technology to support business operations.
  • Industry and project experience of 2+ years with ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow ‘System Administrator’ and/or an ‘Implementation Specialist’ certification 
  • Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITIL) / Agile/ DevOps environment 
  • Understanding or hands-on experience in service management and operating models, processes, and frameworks (e.g. onshore/offshore service models).
  • Understanding and experience in driving process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation
  • Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations
  • Willingness to constantly learn and improve the way of working and delivering.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaboration mindset 
  • Fluency in the Danish and English language.
  • Consultancy experience will be advantageous
  • Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Service Management related transition and transformation projects across applications and infrastructure
  • Provide consulting and advisory on operating models, service management setup, optimization approaches in strategy and management consulting projects
  • Plan and solution transition and service transformation projects
  • Facilitate workshops or meetings to gather requirements, present, and validate solutions and test the interpretation of the client’s needs
  • Demonstrate solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions
  • Deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions following best practices
  • Demonstrating experience with working with one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps)
  • Act as a mentor when required by supporting other less experienced colleagues on the same engagement.
  • Support end users and clients with best practice information on ServiceNow implementation.
