For our Global Marketing team, we are looking for a curious and insightful marketing specialist who can give a human voice to a world-leading robotics company and take charge of our content marketing. About the role

The purpose of the role is to consistently address the biggest questions on the minds of our audiences, including end users and system integrators, and create content and activities that trigger interest and engagement across multiple channels and formats. Being at the forefront of industry trends and understanding our customers' strategic business issues, you will proactively develop communications focused on pains and gains, acting on insights and analytics.

Primary tasks

+ Foster compelling storytelling and messaging that builds a unique brand position for Universal Robots within our industry and beyond.

+ Manage the ongoing marketing content program including oversight of the blog, editorial plans and external contributions.

+ Actively contribute to an engaging and seamless experience throughout the customer journey through relevant and impactful copy and content.

+ Facilitate internal and external thought leadership platforms to distill content opportunities and feed our marketing and communications plans, including whitepapers, webinars, blog and social media.

+ Build and maintain a network of ambassadors and subject matter experts and develop relevant activities to keep them engaged, including e.g. workshops, roundtables, trends and insights reports and articles.

+ Effectively manage briefing of internal and external stakeholders for ongoing communications initiatives.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have affinity with industrial automation and / or engineering and be astute at connecting with our customer’s strategic business issues as well as the engineer’s application challenges. Further, the ideal candidate:

+ Holds a relevant degree in marketing, communication or journalism and excels at developing robust content based on high level inputs and ideas.

+ Is a compelling writer in English (additional languages are a plus) and has worked effectively in an international high-tech environment.

+ Is driven to see which content provokes the highest levels of engagement.

+ Masters short form creative writing as well as editorial writing featuring complex technical topics and understands the importance of having the right tone of voice.

+ Has experience building effective messaging hierarchies and matrices.

+ Has great organizational skills, a get-things-done attitude and experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

+ Understands digital marketing trends, UX thinking, SEO and lead generation funneling.
