If you have a passion for planning and structure, like to communicate with many stakeholders and be a key employee in a project-oriented business you may be the new supply Chain Planner for GEA Process Engineering A/S.

About the role

As supply chain planner for GEA you will work with sales, engineering, procurement and shipping to plan the optimal schedule from order until handover to client, starting in the proposal phase of projects.

You will work with the project managers and the main suppliers monitoring progress according to the final project plan.

You are skilled and capable of dealing with a large number of different stake holders, foreseeing complex issues from pre-planning the projects to the very end – i.e. oversee supplier resources, evaluate impact of changes and be a guardian of the processes agreed in GEA.

You shall continually review the planning process to ensure it continues to be up to date with current best practice and suitable for our business needs.

Your team

You will be part of a small team of 3 persons each with a dedicated function, one data manager, one Project procurement manager and you the supply chain planner. We are a support function agile in our mindset and ensuring that business processes are maintained and kept.

Your Primary Tasks

  • You will preplan complete projects in collaboration with the planner in Technical department

  • You will work with sales to optimize the plans according to customer needs and minimize the risk of failing delivery on time.

  • You will follow-up on key tasks executed by engineering and manufacturing

  • You have experience from project-oriented business.

  • You are a superuser of Microsoft Project

  • Business fluent in Danish and English

  • You as a Person

  • You are practical and have good inter-personal and communication skills

  • You are systematic and can work efficiently whether working on your own or in teams

  • You are flexible and have good collaboration skills
