**What it’s all about:**



We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive Siteimprove’s paid digital marketing efforts.



As a member of the Global Digital & Demand Generation organization, you will work as an in-house performance marketing agency, responsible for building a lead generation engine across paid marketing channels (mainly PPC and display) to drive growth. In this role, you will be creating and optimizing campaigns, represent the voice of PPC, sharing insights and trends from our platforms, as well as developing best practices on how we work with our paid channels.



You will be a one-person team, representing our inhouse SME, but will work closely with peers across SEO, Analytics, Content, Sales, Localization, Field Marketing etc., as well as join on project teams for specific initiatives. You will manage our relationship with our current partners and agency and ensure that our efforts are optimized.



During your first six months, your focus will be on understanding, prioritizing, and optimizing what we have in place, focusing primarily on our PPC efforts. You will work hands-on with the campaign building and optimization. These insights will then be used to outline the future roadmap, and further expand across the paid platforms.



To thrive in this position, you should have passion for, and hands-on experience with, PPC, display, and remarketing. You have worked in an inhouse function or at agency, are accustomed to managing a large global account and working with multiple stakeholders. You enjoy acting as an internal business partner and SME, supporting peers, while also having demanding revenue/lead targets and numbers to hit on a monthly basis. Finally, Excel is your best friend J and you’re experienced in managing budgets and reporting on performance.



As a newly created position, you will play an integral role in building up our inhouse performance marketing foundation. This means that you will be hands-on, while supporting in forming the direction/ roadmap. You will report into the Director of Global Digital & Demand.



**What you will lead on:**



+ Build and execute on the Siteimprove lead generation strategy utilizing SEM, display, affiliate etc. to support the different stages of the B2B SaaS marketing funnel

+ Develop and implement a roadmap for the account and campaign structures, as well as new campaigns that will drive company objectives

+ Plan and manage continuous testing across markets, products, and verticals to find the best approach for reaching our B2B target audiences

+ Define and optimize bidding strategies and conversion tracking to optimize performance towards CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS goals

+ Reporting and performance visualization for Management and peers/stakeholders

+ Manage the global PPC and display budget and global lead generation targets



**What we would love about you:**



+ 3+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience managing large scale search engine marketing campaigns is required. Google Ads certification is a plus.

+ Experience working with digital paid marketing (e.g. PPC, display, remarketing) on execution, strategy, and reporting levels.

+ Experience in working with analytics software.

+ Skilled in creating and optimizing ad copy (English). Other languages are a plus.

+ Good general understanding of digital marketing strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels and how they can work together to improve paid performance.

+ You are result-driven self-starter who is always looking for ways to optimize and improve performance.

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
