Today, our client is looking for an IT SUPPORT AND TRAINER M/F for its entity located in Copenhagen, Denmark, in the framework of a constant development and strengthening of the IT Security department.

Descriptif du poste

You oversee and ensure the IT infrastructure, software and hardware are up and running at the expected level and are aligned with business needs. To do that, the IT Support and Trainer reports to the IT Security and Operations Manager and will be in charge of :

  • Providing support (L1/L2) to end-users for the group
  • Monitoring and optimizing system performance taking both proactive and reactive measures to correct and prevent issues
  • Analysing and launching any improvement project
  • Collaborating with the other staff of the IT department located

    Required profile
    Main required technical skills :

  • Knowledge in the MS365 and Azure platform and unified communication: Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, SoftPhony
  • Knowledge in IT security
  • Knowledge in large groups of computers and device management tools
  • Training : Bachelor’s degree in areas relevant to IT systems and IT support management required
    Experience : At least 3 years of demonstrated IT support and administration experience
    Personal attributes and skills:

  • As point of contact with VIP and users, excellent communication and customer service skills are required to understand and respond to their needs
  • Ability to resolve issues and complete tasks effectively in both a team environment and independently
  • Ability to effectively be multitask and well organized (systemic approach and reliability)
  • Ability to explore any other different IT field to help the company
