The Agile Transformation Programme consists of 15 agile coaches and a core delivery team working closely with the management as well as other teams and organisations in ensuring the implementation of agile methods and mindset. We base our transformation on the SAFe framework and have established a solid setup for training, tools, supporting guidance etc. We experience a huge interest from the organisation and are therefore looking for more coaches to help us with the continued implementation of the agile ways of working. As Agile Coach your primary role is to promote the agile culture across the organisation. You will engage with the teams and organisations in the early stages to help them establish structures, processes and roles and guide them through Backlog creation, Daily stand-ups, PI plannings and other agile events. You will mentor the various roles in building the needed capabilities and make sure they master the Agile disciplines before you move on. Parts of the organisation have started moving into ARTs (Agile Release Trains). Depending on your experience you will also have the opportunity to coach ART leadership teams in both design and implementation.
