Cimbria has grown to its current level through an impressive ability to sell large and complex projects and solutions throughout the planet. This has been a huge success, but the ambitions in Cimbria go higher. Now it’s time to focus on indirect sales, and to secure the right balance between project sales and component sales, the company wants to increase their component sales, which is characterised as indirect sales through an international dealer network. To lead this journey, a new Dealer Sales Manager is needed in Cimbria. You will be organized in the sales team with a reporting line to the Cluster Lead for the Nordic region.
Component sales in various European markets
The Dealer Sales Manager will be solely focused on component sales of Cimbria products like cleaners, bucket elevators, conveyors etc. Despite reporting to the Nordic Cluster Lead, you will be responsible for the management and development of the assigned dealers, not only in the Nordic region, but in several other European markets as well.
Among a broad variety of assignments and tasks you will be responsible for:
To be successful in your new role, you need to establish yourself in a wide network of stakeholders within the AGCO Grain & Protein organisation and between various external partners and suppliers. With the right attitude and performance, you will be exposed to different interesting promotion and career opportunities, and we can guarantee a constant flow of personal and professional challenges.
Dynamic sales manager with strong technical skills
You are an experienced export sales manager with 5-10 years of international experience within sales of technical equipment. Curiosity, interest and personal flair for technical products are essential, and you have worked with indirect sales to dealers and distributors before.
You have an open and friendly personality, and you are not afraid of leaving your desk behind to meet customers on a regular basis. With a good understanding of your customers’ requests, you put an honour in meeting your deadlines and keeping your promises. Your colleagues see you as a ‘people man’ with strong relationship building abilities and stakeholder management skills. You are a good communicator with the ability to operate in an English-speaking environment on a daily basis.
You are dynamic and flexible, and you can drive and follow up on projects, campaigns and commercial initiatives across the dealer network at any time. Despite being part of a big sales team with a proven track record in the agricultural industry, you need to be prepared to make your own processes and tools along the way. Without losing the grand overview of you project pipeline and dealer network, you are not afraid of taking the lead, going in details and ‘getting your hands dirty’ when needed.
Flexibility and independence in a dynamic world of change
Cimbria gives you challenges and responsibility in an important, extrovert and dynamic role, and you will be exposed to great opportunities within dealer development and indirect component sales in an international environment.
If you like to operate in a flexible and independent manner, and if you’re able to make things happen in a dynamic world of change, this could be the right next step for you.
