The Customer Service Manager leads a customer service team within Supply Chain Order Management. This role is customer facing and is the primary conduit and facilitator between Knowles distribution and customer. The role will be responsible for aligning new product execution, customer service metrics, and demand management. Ensuring a high standard of quality consistent ISO 9001 and SOX standards.


Customer Service:

  • Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources to the sites customer service, directly or indirectly
  • Enforcing and communicate policies and procedures within the designated scope
  • Employee development and coaching
  • Collaborate daily with key customers on order fulfilment activities, (eg: consignment planning) and execution as well as order management
  • Provide support to Sales in connection with information and reports
  • Coordinate scheduling of customer orders with the planning function
  • Maintain Oracle to assure correct information is always current in Customer Master, such as sales person name, territory rep change, customer group change
  • Cooperate closely with the logistics team and freight providers, ensuring smooth shipment and customs clearance of goods
  • Demand Planning:

  • Drive the monthly forecasting process for selected customers
  • Conduct analysis of historic demand and forecast accuracy and compare with market information
  • Provide recommendations for forecast adjustments and drive suggested forecasts

  • BA or BS degree in the area of business, supply chain or similar
  • 7+ years International customer service experience
  • 3+ years in a successful leadership role with supervision experience
  • High level English proficiency
  • Open for flexible working hours
  • Efficient communication skills
  • Experienced level MS Excel user & problem solving
  • Analytical as well as customer focused mind set
  • Experience using Oracle order management & Demantra
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and SOX compliance
