The Customer Service Manager leads a customer service team within Supply Chain Order Management. This role is customer facing and is the primary conduit and facilitator between Knowles distribution and customer. The role will be responsible for aligning new product execution, customer service metrics, and demand management. Ensuring a high standard of quality consistent ISO 9001 and SOX standards.
