We are seeking a*Clinical Trial Coordinator*to join our growing team at*PPD Denmar*k. This is a permanent full-time position based at our office in Copenhagen.

As a CTC, you will provide administrative support to your assigned clinical project team. You are mainly supporting project members in Denmark, as well as cooperating with the global team around the world. You work with a high attention to detail, reviewing documentation, coordinating project details, and maintaining data systems.

The position is suitable:

For an experienced candidate with a strong administrative background who may grow into a mentor and/ or a system specialist role.



*Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): *



* Reviews regulatory documents for proper content and processing

* Performs File review of documents in electronic document management systems

* Assists with the development/distribution of investigator site files

* Disseminates study related information including updating trackers and maintenance of databases

* Coordinates translation of documents

* Communication with investigator sites

* A variety of additional tasks in line with business and department needs







*Education and Experience:*



High School/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or good general education, combined with evidenced administrative competence and relevant IT skills.

General administrative experience preferably in clinical research administration within a hospital, CRO or Pharma industry

Ideally from a Health professional background – i.e. nurse, study nurse, medical secretary or equivalent





*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*



* Self-motivated, positive attitude with effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a team or independently, as required

* Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

* Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse project specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency

* Flexibility to prioritise workload to meet changing project timelines with a customer focus

* Fluency in Danish and English, both language and grammar skills

* Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office
