We offer five core solutions: * Organizational Strategy * Assessment and Succession * Talent Acquisition * Leadership Development * Rewards and Benefits The Role This position is primarily responsible for developing and driving new business for our Projects and RPO departments for mid-level hiring projects and subsequent Project Management of our client hiring engagements.
This position reports directly to the MD Projects and Solutions EMEA and works closely with Professional Search Business Segment Managers, the Leadership team, the wider Business Development team plus Korn Ferry colleagues both in country and across the globe. Key Accountabilities * Develop a business development strategy and plan for your region * Manage the full business development cycle * Negotiate & secure mid-senior level managerial project solutions and contracts * Network internally and externally to create opportunities * Key client management for new client contracts throughout the project delivery life-cycle, including resourcing and operational management of the upscaled teams in order to deliver on client projects * Act as key contact point for clients to access Korn Ferry experts and expertise across a broad range of talent management areas * Promote Korn Ferry profile and services through the channels, at professional, business organizations and through contribution to press articles, presentation at industry conferences, membership of industry associations, general networking * Collaborate in Korn Ferry International’s integrated solutions business development strategy Skills & Experience * Must have significant relevant experience in identifying, qualifying and selling substantial talent solutions, preferably enterprise-wide RPO/Executive/Senior Hire solutions, to prospective client companies * Experience and credibility in the HR and Talent Acquisition space * Must have developed specific expertise demonstrated through networking, participation in sector associations/functions and relevant trade press and development of specific talent pools * Evidence of implementing a Strategic Business Development Plan and execute strategy towards success * Strong operational team management and team development expertise * Experience of leading a team who successfully delivery on client recruitment projects * Effective client management/relationship-building * Fluent English  * Willingness to travel Other Korn Ferry is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Minority/Female/Disability/ Veteran.
