  • The Role

    The purpose of the role is to manage specific client projects throughout the whole project lifecycle and in accordance with the lead sales project manager, ensuring that the client and relevant colleagues are kept informed throughout and that deadlines are met. Assists lead sales project manager on large complex projects. It is also expected that this role acts as an active promoter of Korn Ferry Digital solutions and services within Denmark market, in close collaboration with Danish and Nordic colleagues. This role is about both building and maintaining client relationships delivering profitable renewal and yield business as well as ensuring coordination of all stages of set up, educate, data collection, reporting and actioning to deliver Promise to Clients. The job includes deep technical expertise, focusing on understanding the client needs and building knowledge of all products and services available in Pay & Work Measurement and Assessment & Succession categories (depending on candidate background and interest, one of these could be built as primary expertise area). This role is a part of Nordic Korn Ferry Digital team and reports to Nordic Delivery Lead, based in Finland.

    Key Accountabilities

    Managing delivery of SaaS Products and Services with high standards of knowledge and quality in Pay & Work Measurement and Assessment & Succession categories:

  • Ensure that client receives products and services to agreed standards of quality and on time by effectively managing and monitoring those who deliver the work and taking corrective action including escalation when necessary to guarantee client satisfaction and sustainable financial results.
  • Set up and manage project plans, with detailed timelines coordinating with the commercial team
  • Ensure quality of activities of the delivery team on the project according to the agreed timeframe, in accordance with the commercial team and the Delivery team
  • Take responsibility for overall progress of project plan and initiate corrective action where required
  • Liaise with all members of the project team to assure the overall direction and integrity of the projects
  • Prepare any follow-on actions required and communicate to others where relevant
  • Deliver training to clients on Products Portfolio
  • Planning for the Account:

  • Responsible for coordinating with Account Managers end to end account business planning including research, documentation, and account planning, to ensure that each account has a clear and actionable plan that best meets the client’s needs.
  • Maintaining renewal business and growing yield business:

  • Maintains and grows revenue streams from assigned client accounts by developing and maintaining multiple relationships (including i.e. line managers, HR managers, C&B specialists, procurement) with the client and leveraging Korn Ferry internal resources to ensure maximum revenues generation over the long term.
  • Actively looks for new opportunities to further utilize Korn Ferry Digital solutions among existing clients and in the Danish market in general.
    Contributes to, and sometimes leads, organizing internal and external initiatives built around Korn Ferry Digital solutions, e.g. (virtual or f2f) client events.
  • Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Additional training / experience in HR, Recruitment, Assessments, Reward and Benefits etc. would be considered as beneficial.
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in consulting or account management, working on product delivery projects
  • Exposure to Pay & Work Measurement or Assessment & Succession products would be beneficial 
  • Experience of managing large volumes of data
  • Develops an internal network of relationships to proactively share experience and learn
  • Can measure and monitor own performance and start to understand trends and success factors
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing business environment
  • Ensures understanding of deliverables and expectations
  • Known for delivering or coordinating high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness - not only standardised but also non-standard products and projects
  • Fluency in Danish language is considered as advantage
