You will be the Linking pin between; Customer Care, Supply Chain and Regional Operating Units providing solutions to healthcare system challenges and supporting profitable growth. As the the Regional Operating Unit Relationship (ROUR) specialist you are subject matter expert (SME) dedicated to develop national business relationships through the Offer To Cash (OTC) journey in Medtronic in this position, you lead initiatives which directly impact business performance in the Nordics.
**A Day in the Life**
We are offering you a position where you will transform our Customer Care processes and develop into your future job role; becoming a trusted Busines Relationship Partner. Being a Business Relationship Partner, you are pioneering and change managing our Value Streams into improved and aligned OTC processes. You will be assigned to the Nordic Customer Care unit, to build your foundation being ready for the transformation that the entire connected teams will undergo.
**Value Streams of Customer Care**
Improve customer experience as we remove country pain points through standardization
Improved customer satisfaction, employee engagement and reduce cost to serve relative to sales
High performing, collaborative and empowered team members, taking responsible for the collective success of the Value Stream and proper implementation on country level.
Aiming of an efficient and effective workflow with strong customer focus
Standardized and Simplified Process, Organization and System
Understand how our current regional Operating Models/healthcare impacts Customer Care and work with Operating Unit for new initiatives to allow growth and be the first choice supplier with dedicated support
Together with Operating Units/Product/Marketing coordinating regional Offer To Cash strategies
Revenue support, facilitating PO Pending/Revenue pending plus inventory target support
Cashflow with focus on Field Inventory support, minimizing costs and increasing revenue also support audit and quality requirements
Support standardization in alignment of the Offer To Cash Value Stream
Collaborating with Operating Unit on early detection of process/systems failures which affects customers, providing corrective actions required and suggesting solutions
Stay up to date with our businesses and ongoing customer evolution, strategies and government enhancements translating the needs down to tangible action plans.
Bachelors degree or similar, in commercial business, operating excellence related
Fluent in English and minimum 1 Nordic language Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish
Proven track record in leading operational excellence projects in a multinational environment
Outstanding change management skills and experience, including stakeholder management that can help in the shift of organizational cultures and performance culture.
