    Position

    YOUR IMPACT ___________

    Reporting to the HR Manager Nordics, we are looking for a HR Advisor to join the HR & Payroll Department based in Copenhagen and operational HR support to the 4 Countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland). You will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our human resources processes. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, HR projects and HR administration, with a focus on the internship's community.

    YOUR MISSION ____________


    • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    - Conduct full cycle retail & interns recruitment activities by collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs & including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and screening talent.
    - Create a Talent Pipeline (via Talent Attract) to anticipate critical position's needs.
    - Coordinate the intern onboarding process.


    • Intern Support and Development:
    - Act as main interlocutor for interns, addressing their questions and concerns.
    - Collaborate with supervisors to set clear performance expectations for interns (day 1, month 1, mid internship).
    - Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews for interns (day 1, month 1, mid internship & end of internship reviews).
    - Gather feedback from interns regarding their experiences.
    - Conduct exit interviews to gain insights for future improvements.
    - Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the intern community.


    • HR Projects
    - Internal Communication and support on Company internal events (with the focus on the internships' community)
    - Campus management: Deploy a 2024 roadmap in collaboration with the HR Manager to increase our employer branding visibility by identifying top schools/universities and implement school partnerships (campus events, career days).
    - Learning & Development

    Ensure that compulsory modules in Shine (Sustainability and Digital Academy) are completed and send regular reminders to ensure that Nordics is best in class.

    Internal trainings organization and follow up (meeting planning, invitations, preparation, coordination with stakeholders).

    Collaboration and support in the deployment of the CSR strategy for the Nordics.


    • HR admin & operations
    - Create, update and archive employee's files (Master file) on a weekly bases.
    - Ensure perfect setting of the HRIS (Payroll system ADP/Celergo & Talent) with regular updates for entry, exit and other changes.
    - Update on a monthly basis the organization charts for PCD Nordics & Monthly report for PCD Nordics.
    - Improve employee experience by leading office coordination and ad hoc initiatives.
    - Provide support to the Payroll Specialist for occasional back up (vacations, leaves).

    Profile

    WHO YOU ARE _________


    • Bachelor or Master Graduate (Major Law or HR)

    • Strong command of English. Knowledge of another local language (ie Nordics) is an advantage

    • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR tools)

    • Passionate about HR

    • Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing the eye for details.
