    The position

    You will act as our "Affiliate Track Lead" in the OrderFlow4Future Project – a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening and supporting the global supply chain by enhancing the flexibility and scalability of the supply chain.

    As Track Lead your main focus will be to drive the future design for the outbound affiliate processes.

    You will lead and design affiliate process solution elements and secure alignment on future processes with a large global stakeholder group.

    This includes e.g.

    design of the future order flow template for all affiliates archetypes from order placement to goods receive and ensuring alignment of governance elements.

    In the role you will be instrumental in :

    securing global process alignment and standardisation designing the use of SAP standard elements in the affiliate order processes conducting local discovery with all impacted affiliates designing and aligning target group specific implementation plan leading specific implementation activities, training and change management activities towards the affiliates You will be working in an Agile Setup, which provides a great transparency in work tasks and requires all team members to support different tasks in the team.

    In addition, it is key that you share your knowledge across the different teams and ensure close collaboration with other projects in our supply chain.

    Qualifications In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required:

    a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience from similar positions a master's degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT a natural flair for business process optimisation, standardisation and IT systems, it will be an advantage to have SAP and OMP experience.

    experience working with upstream supply chain processes such as planning, purchasing and affiliate processes and ambitions to gain insights within these.

    fluent in English As a person, you are proactive and responsible. You work structured, you are goal oriented and focused on driving things forward. You are known for your high motivation, engagement and strong analytical skills.

    You have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills and finally you are a change ambassador About the department You will join 34 dedicated colleagues in our centre of excellence Supply Chain Process and Solutions.

    SC Process and Solutions is anchored in Supply Chain, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply and our main responsibilities are to integrate, harmonise and improve global processes and systems within the supply chain.

    You will be a part of a team of 14 Supply Chain consultants in Supply Chain End-to
    • End Planning Excellence, with highly competent and engaged colleagues driving different projects, but who also enjoys the weekly knowledge sharing meeting on Fridays.
