    Om afdelingen Enterprise Transformation

    Du vil indtræde i afdelingen 'Enterprise Transformation', som udgør en integreret del af Global IT. I denne rolle vil du referere direkte til Head of Enterprise Transformation. Global IT har til opgave at muliggøre og udvikle forretningen gennem teknologisk innovation for at sikre smidige forsyningskæder i en verden under forandring. Global IT består af 2.300 medarbejdere over hele verdenen, og de arbejder med høj integritet og ambition om at levere de bedste tjenester og produkter for både kolleger og kunder. Enterprise Transformation tæller mere end 180 kolleger globalt og fokuserer på at hjælpe DSV's forretnings- og IT-kolleger med at skabe mere værdi gennem digitale initiativer.

    Stillingen og ansvarsområder

    Som Technical Director of Data Engineering & Data Platform bliver du ansvarlig for et højt profileret, tværfunktionelt og komplekst projekt med fokus på at konstruere og etablere en global distribueret data platform. Dette muliggør en mere effektiv udnyttelse af data for DSV fremadrettet. Du vil lede ca. 30 FTE'er fordelt på 4-5 teams, inklusive dataingeniører, dataloger og andre tekniske specialister. Du vil arbejde med data engineering og datamodelering og have ansvaret for at styre dataplatformsprojektet, skabe overblik og udøve ekstraordinær stakeholder management med ledere på C-niveau og specialister. Din rolle vil også omfatte udvikling og eksekvering af data engineering strategien i overensstemmelse med forretningsmålene samt evaluering, implementering og optimering af data engineering teknologier. Derudover vil du designe og vedligeholde robuste dataarkitekturer for at understøtte forretningsanalyse, rapportering og machine learning initiativer samt overvåge udviklingen og vedligeholdelsen af effektive dataintegrationsprocesser.
    For at opnå succes i disse ansvarsområder vil du arbejde tæt sammen med tværfunktionelle teams, inklusive enterprise data management, udvikling, analyse og IT, for at afstemme data engineering indsatsen med organisationens mål. Din erfaring inden for data engineering vil spille en afgørende rolle i udviklingen af organisationens komplekse dataområde. Du vil arbejde i et miljø, der stoler på dokumentbaseret datamodelering, containerisering, objektorienteret programmering, ETL-processer og teknologier som SQL/NoSQL, Java, C#, Scala og cloud platforme som AWS, Azure og GCP.
