- Lead and participate in validation projects as supporter/responsible
- Work collaboratively across functions with Quality Assurance, Line of Business and vendors to plan, coordinate and execute validation activities
- Perform Science and Risk-based validation of infrastructure within our facilities
- Participate in Progress Groups across areas in Novo Nordisk to ensure we always apply best practice in our processes
- Facilitate verification and validation activities including test execution, documentation review and approval
- Seeking new ways of working by simplifying and improving the processes
- A relevant academic background and relevant experience with GMP and validation of equipment. Seeing that we are looking for junior profiles also, experience within validation is a plus not a requirement.
- Experience or interest within pharmaceutical Quality Management, GxP systems, validation and wish to grow in your profession.
- Knowledge of the guidelines provided by the global regulatory agencies and authority agencies such as FDA
- Solid project management skills
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English

As part of Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, CSD (Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing and Devices) Sourcing Operations makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We service all Novo Nordisk production sites, both API-and Filling-sites, thus we feel the current growth on Novo Nordisk on a daily bases and priorities change accordingly. Therefore a "can do" mind-set is key to succeed in this position.
