    THE POSITION

    We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, strong-willed, and action-oriented Property Manager who can join our team. We are a team of specialists and generalists who handle, manage, and organize all aspects of property administration, property development and property management. Many of our customers are international investors, which means that we represent our customers in Denmark.Primary areas of work:

    • Property Manager for your own portfolio, including overall responsibility for the properties' operation, ensuring that the tenants meet the conditions of the lease, including answering tenant inquiries.
    • Daily contact person for the property owner and the property's other stakeholders.
    • Coordination of tasks with the property's subcontractors.
    • Monthly and quarterly reports for the property owner, both in Danish and English.
    • Responsibility for preparing real estate budgets.
    • Cooperation with colleagues in the team, colleagues in our accounting/reporting and building operationsteams, as well as with our service centre in Poland
    • Ad hoc tasks both of a legal, technical, and financial nature

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    As a Property Manager, you are expected to have a relevant educational background, e.g. are you a trained property administrator, lawyer, economist and preferably with a specialty in property administration. We are looking for an experienced colleague and are open to the fact that your experience can range widely from either several years of experience from a similar position/area of responsibility, or fewer years of experience, but where your personality and go-getting courage outweigh this.

    As a colleague it is very important that you have a good work ethic and that you keep an overview. You are strong in stakeholder management; you navigate easily in an international environment and speak/write Danish and English at a high level. It is also important that you possess a good drive, just as you have a strong team spirit, which adds good energy to the team. You can make independent decisions and you are an outgoing and positive person. Finally, you manage to navigate a busy everyday life, where the tasks can vary in complexity, and some will have tight deadlines. We attach particular importance to you being:
