We are seeking to appoint aproactive andfocused Key Account Manager for our Norway region The Role In this exciting and variedrole, you will:
  • take responsibility formanaging large sales accounts with prominent and well-known leading FMCG customers.
  • be aggressiveand unafraid of huntingnew businesswithin the area, thinking 'outside-of-the-box' tomaximizesales in new and existing markets.
  • have the foresight, industry knowledgeand market awareness toconstructa robust,and ambitiousmarket plan,and develop a strategy map to execute andgain additional sales and market share.
  • collaboratewith internal stakeholders, such as Customer Services, Planning, Production Operations etc. to ensure good communications and a streamlined process in ensuring the customers' expectations are met in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
    • ThePerson To succeed in this role you willhave:
  • Considerableprevioussales experiencewith account management of medium-to-large high-profile accountsgained within the broader packaging industry.
  • Previous experience of huntingand developing salesinboth existing andnew markets.
  • knowledge of market plans and sales strategies in order to develop a road map to success.
  • first-class communication skills,able to build strong and lasting relationships, as well as being able toconvey a compelling vision, persuade and, of course, close a sale effectively.
  • the ability to converse in both written and verbal Norwegian and English.
    • Additional Information To apply for this role you must already have the right to live and work in Norway andhave the ability totravel unrestricted both within Europe. Visa sponsorship is not provided. You must bewillingtoundertake frequenttravelwithin both Norway and, if required, the wider Scandinavia region.
