You will be part of Dripdrop, a fast-growing Danish startup making rain smarter and sustainability simpler. Our partners include some of the world's most recognized hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Radisson, and we are growing fast across Europe with global ambitions.
The role
You will work closely with our Head of Customer Success to shape how success is delivered, measured, and scaled across our growing global partner base. This role is about turning strategy into action. You will take ownership of initiatives, follow through on projects, and help ensure that every partner feels the value of Dripdrop from onboarding to advocacy, strengthening relationships, preventing churn, and building loyalty that lasts.
You will have room to build, test, and own your ideas with trust and support to make them real. You will not be managing people. You will be managing outcomes.
You will connect dots between Customer Success, Production, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, build relationships, and turn satisfied partners into long term ambassadors. You will be one of the bridges between teams, turning insights into alignment and alignment into action.
As part of our growth journey, you will also play a key role in strengthening our presence in expanding markets and turning partner satisfaction into measurable growth through referrals, success stories, and new opportunities.
You will be based at our headquarters in Aarhus, collaborating daily with our commercial team and often traveling to meet partners or support expansion projects.
