- Daily risk evaluation related to any activities in the project being the construction area or machine building phase
- Safety instructions to all employees, internal and external, at the construction site
- Coordinate, lead and document daily Safety meetings/actions
- Conduct safety walks at the site
- Support for incident reporting and investigation
- Support the environmental part of the project securing relevant applications and approvals are in place
- An educational background in health, safety or related field. Lack of formal education can be compensated by longer relevant experience
- At least 2 years of work with HSE, preferably in constructions or manufacturing
- Fluently in Danish and English
- High competence in Microsoft Office, IA (or similar)

We are expanding our production site in Asnæs, and you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Recently we have announced the next big investment at our production site in Asnæs, which will more than double our production capacity. The main priority during this project will be the goal of no safety incidents, and thats where your skills, experience and competencies come into play
In the role of HSE Specialist, you will oversee all HSE activities related to the project including ensuring company compliance with local laws and regulations, such as the Danish Working Environment Regulations, the Maschine Directive, and the Danish Environment Legislation. You will work with any authorities relevant to the construction phase to meet safety and environmental requirements. After going live with the production, your role will transform into delivering HSE expertise in the daily production environment in close collaboration with our H&S Manager.
