    Your challenges

    Joining the VELUX Headquarters in Hørsholm, you will support one of our Executive Vice Presidents (EVP). You will function as right hand to the EVP, providing administrative support for the executive to carry out their job and always be well prepared.

    You will take on a very versatile position, facilitating the practical every day for our EVP. Being close to the executive management, you gain insight into business-critical projects – and become part of a truly international work environment.

    Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Effectively coordinate the schedule of the EVP, including booking time for various activities, prioritizing, and rescheduling conflicting arrangements, and ensuring timely execution of all deadlines.
  • Plan and manage yearly management meeting cycle, including planning agendas, action items from meetings, travel scheduling, activity planning etc.
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, off-site events etc.
  • Arrange complex and detailed point-to-point travel plans, ensuring that the EVP is prepared with all materials and information for travel related meetings and events (itineraries, agendas etc.).
  • Complete expense reports and ensure reimbursement is provided in a timely manner. The majority of your tasks will be within the above points, however, if you are motivated by and able to plan and formulate written material, and produce content and graphic design of PowerPoint presentations for meetings based on briefs, this is seen as an advantage. In this role, you should expect to travel internationally, primarily within Europe, for approximately 10-20 days per year. Your qualifications As our Executive Personal Assistant, you'll be known for your structured approach to work, diplomatic character, and sound judgment, always maintaining integrity and professionalism. You're adept at navigating global organizations, balancing patience with a drive for progress. Your open and collaborative nature, along with good communication skills, make you a valuable colleague capable of building extensive networks across all organizational levels. You excel at grasping the big picture while handling operational details efficiently. With a positive attitude, you eagerly seek to learn about the industry and the business, filling in any knowledge gaps with insightful questions. Moreover, we expect that you:
  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, or similar.
  • Have solid experience in a corporate setting, supporting leaders and senior professionals in an international environment.
  • Pay attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Are IT proficient and possess above average proficiency using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
