    About the position
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our EPC team as Head of Site Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site and country-specific operational control, stakeholder management, and ensuring the seamless development, construction, and operational progress of renewable energy projects.

    You will be in Lithuania and be part of a dynamic and diverse team while reporting to the EPC Director who is based in Copenhagen.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Offer expert guidance on site & project management, and country operations management.
    • Keep abreast of local procedures, laws and regulations, updating the team accordingly.
    • Collaborate with regulators, state authorities, and transmission operations for permits and issue resolution.
    • Mediate with local developers, construction contractors, and relevant authorities.
    • Ensure operational compliance with HSE guidelines and local regulations, supporting O&M activities.
    • Coordinate with the EPC team on technical issues, organization and procurement.
    • Manage solar park operations post-completion in line with Nordic Solar guidelines and local laws.
    • Support administrative tasks, including application and permit management.
    • Implement risk management strategies for site and country operations.
    • Conduct ongoing technical audits and inspections during construction, reporting project findings.
    • Contribute to lesson learned sessions, summarizing key insight in projects.

    Experience and skills

    • Engineering skills or related technical background
    • Extensive knowledge of country -specific legislation related to renewable energy projects.
    • Technical and commercial understanding and experience in the field
    • Specific expertise in Photovoltaic (PV) systems, with a focus on technical aspects
    • Proficient IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 software suite
    • Curious and eager to explore innovative solutions.
    • Adherence to processes and procedures in both thinking and action.
