Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Student Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our AI transformation journey. You will collaborate closely with our business unit to consolidate, test, and qualify AI tools, while helping create a structured AI Toolbox for everyday use. Your work will contribute directly to strengthening internal AI adoption and supporting our strategic roadmap. This role gives you the opportunity to work hands‑on with modern AI solutions and shape how AI is used across our organization.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop and maintain an AI Toolbox with practical tools, templates, and guidelines.
  • Explore, test, and evaluate AI tools across different business functions.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, user-friendly formats.
  • Prepare documentation, demos, and internal training materials.
  • Present AI tools and findings to teams across the organization.
  • Support our AI ways of working and contribute to embedding an AI-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with the AI management team to prepare business cases.
  • Assist in aligning AI initiatives with our internal transformation roadmap.

Qualifications For The Role

  • Currently studying within IT, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or similar.
  • Curious, structured, and eager to work hands-on with AI tools.
  • Comfortable presenting and explaining tools in a clear and engaging way.
  • Outgoing and proactive with a desire to help others succeed.
  • Able to work independently and manage smaller development tasks.
  • Good communication skills and an interest in digital transformation.
  • Motivated to contribute to internal AI adoption and practical tool deployment.
