- Leading a team of IT-professionals that together with colleagues from other capabilities form agile teams that together build complete solutions for the Consumer Loans and Finance business area.
- Engaging, coaching and empowering people to achieve agreed deliverables and goals
- Conducting performance reviews, hire and onboard new team members
- Taking an active support role in delivering needed customer solutions provided by the end-to-end teams
- Actively demonstrating focus on business needs and finding technical solutions to solve those needs
- Contributing to a culture in which the teams take full responsibility for delivering working software, all the way from definition to quality assurance and into production You'll join the Service Domain leadership team for Consumer Loans Technology and spend approximately half your time as a capability and people leader, and the other half taking an active part in our deliveries. The roles are based in Gdynia/Gdansk, Warsaw, Stockholm, Copenhagen (internally only) or Oslo.
