Uddannelse

Throughout my career, I have delivered numerous SAP projects such as implementation, rollouts, upgrade and migration. Change management has been an intergral part of such projects and I have perosnally led various change initiatives, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. My experience includes leading S/4HANA implementation projects from planning to execution, where I have effectively managed stakeholder expectations, addressed resistance to change, and fostered a culture of innovation. Additionally, I have owned and managed the overall program budget, P&L ownership, and prioritizing client satisfaction.
