Currently a Master's student at DTU denmark, looking for opportunities to optimize my studying time either via student job or a special project, with skills in process engineering, data analysis, synthetic biology and some experience with front end web development 

One year of experience as a process engineer, working on the optimization and design of a pilot plant to facilitate waste management. With numerous research projects ranging, from finding novel techniques to facilitate enzyme activity from waste, to more computational work involving the design of a VAE to predict isoform expressions from gene expression data

Currently, studying Bioinformatics and Systems Biology at DTU, working on big data in biology using Python and R to facilitate data analysis along with performing large scale bioinformatic work using a Unix terminal
