Projects handled at Schneider Electric Pvt Ltd:
● BCPME and HDPM Accuracy Testing Tool.
BCPME and HDPM Accuracy Testing Tool are developed to test and validate the Energy measuring accuracy of
BCPME and HDPM meter along with CTs. There is one bench implemented with this application. An application
developed in NI LabVIEW 2020.
Hardware Used:
MTE 400.3 Power source & Reference, CT, BCPME Meter, and HDPM Meter
● CT Accuracy Testing Tool.
CT Accuracy Testing Tool is developed to test and validate the class1 accuracy for Veris CT or Falco CT (Range 50,
100, 200, 400, 600, 1200, 1400, 1600) along with E50 series Meter. There is one bench implemented with this
application. An application developed in NI LabVIEW 2015.

Test Stand 2015 and LabVIEW 2015.

In ABB MCB Calibration and verification Line consists of 4 stations. I have worked in 2 stations listed below
1. Hi-Pot tester
2. Conveyor control station.
The Hi-Pot tester is used to verify the MCB tripping capability by applying a high voltage (3.5KV).
The conveyor control station is used to control the IN and OUT Component transport, generating and printing the
barcode.
An application developed in NI LabVIEW 2011.
Hardware Used:
NI C-DAQ 9184 - 4 slot chassis with NI 9476 Output, NI 9425 Input, and ICP Con are used for analog I/O. Hi-
Pot tester and Delta PPS
● Effort tester:
An Effort tester consists of one station. This is used to measure the 4-wheeler A/C Air-vent knob moment load.
An application developed in NI LabVIEW 2011.
I/O Modules Used:
NI 6514 is used for reading Digital I/O and NI 6009 is used to read analog Inputs.
● YBA Assembly Line.
In YBA Assembly Line Consist of 9 assembly station, I have worked in 3 stations listed below

Above mentioned stations are used to assemble the Four-Wheeler clusters in 120 sec. An application
