Om Stefan Canariov:

With +5 years of experience in account management, consulting, and process optimization. Currently seeking a position within the world of systems implementation and administration. Previously experienced in Salesforce and SAP, and academic research in resource-planning systems. 

 



I am a fresh graduate in the fields of sales and technologies. My achievements so far have been consulting and customizing IT systems (such as CRM, and ERP), as well as exploiting their business benefits. I’ve had the chance to consult several enterprises regarding CRM and ERP systems and engineer end-to-end business processes.


In the last +3 years, I engaged in multiple projects in the fields of IoT, IT outsourcing, DevOps, BI, and analytics, opportunities that enhanced my planning and execution skills as well as offered a chance to engage with end-users. I confidently say that my project management skills and my extensive experience in CRM sales management will create business value in the upcoming ERP consultant role.

 

In my master thesis, I collaborated with a global enterprise regarding its data quality level. The outcome of such collaboration has led to a strategic solution that enhanced digital customer experience in its ERP system. From a technical perspective, I effectually implemented, administrated, and reported on the Salesforce CRM system to upper management. Thus, operating systems (Salesforce, basic SAP, and Microsoft Office) used to be my strength.


As a character, I am versatile with high transparency and accountability levels. I thrive in international environments. I have extensive experience in remote collaboration. I love the diversity of thought as well as building relationships. Therefore, it is reasonable to expect a friendly and well-rounded personality with hands-on experience and aptitudes to consult and deliver on the promise.
