Jeg flyttede til Danmark for 2½ år siden med min danske familie og søger lige nu arbejde indenfor kundeservice, butik og HR. Jeg har uddannelse indenfor HR og solid erfaring fra High End butikker og HR området. Jeg elsker at arbejde med mennesker, og jeg vil gerne bringe min ekspertise i spil her i Danmark. Duties/Tasks: Talent recruitment for newly opened store in Delhi International airport, interviewing candidates, HR Operations and performance management, Employee engagement and recognition, Workforce budgeting and planning, team management.

I became particularly good at : talent recruitment, selecting relevant candidates, salary negotiation and employee involvement or engagement.

A luxury boutique located at Maurya Sheraton hotel- a 5 Star luxury hotel in New Delhi.

Deals in luxury fine watches like – Audemars Piquet, A Lange & Sohne, Blancpain, Bvlgari (both watches and jewellery), Cartier, Dubey & Schaldenbrand, Dior, Frank Muller, Girard Perregaux, Greubel Forsey, Hublot, Maurice Lacroix, Tag Heuer and Dior.

Tasks: Manage overall sales and merchandise, achieve goals and ensure profitability for the company, quality service to the customer's needs, build team spirit among the staff
