My strength lies in being authentic - both as a colleague, leader or facilitator. Right now I work as an assistant professor at Copenhagen Business Academy (KEA), where I am praised both by the students, my colleagues and my boss for a persistent and thorough approach!

The reason I'm applying is because I'm worried about not applying my broad and deep knowledge and experience from the IT-field at the academy.

My experience is very broad and deep - from technical understanding og IT, IT-operations and -security to the creation of a convincing followship through authentic leadership. I fully meet most of the requirements for the position and combined with my MBA education (Middlesex University, UK) and more than 8 years of people management experience puts me in a good position to take on the role “IT-Director”.

Originally educated as an engineer and subsequently educated in IT-area, MBA, Change Manager (both organizational changes and cultural changes), necessary certifications within the IT area, etc.
