Ornella Salvini

I am Argentine/Italian and I moved to København
one month ago. I chose this city because I'm
attracted by the culture, lifestyle, people and art.
I have a Higher Technical Degree in Textile
Production, so I am passionate about the fashion
world and the textile industry. I'm also a visual
artist and I work as a graphic designer.
Since I was a little girl, I felt passionate about art
and fashion design, so when I grew up I studied a
textile industry degree and Visual Art. I wish in
the future to mix both fields and develop a project
about fashion and art.
Through my years of study, I learned all about the
textile world, since a little seed is planted to get
cotton to all the processes it goes through to
become a clothing.
In 2020 I created and developed my own clothing
brand called “Maglietta”. It's currently an online
store. I left it in the hands of my partner to be able
to start my new life in Denmark.
My knowledge about the textile industry and
developing my brand made me get experience and
skills to work in the fashion industry: to buy, to
restock, to sell clothing, to take decisions, to make
a marketing plan, to resolve problems, be a social
media manager, and be multitasking.
I'm passionate about my work and very
responsible. My main skill is creativity. To me,
creativity is the key to change the world, to create
new ideas and perspectives, resolve problems and
have other points of view. I also have the skill to
learn different things very quickly.
I always look for a good working environment
because it is important to be successful.
Throughout my experience on different jobs I
worked with different people and different
cultures and I had a beautiful experience working
on teams.
