Military Service

• In military service I learned how to keep my head cold under pressure, and find the best opportunities for the given situation. I know what it means to fight for a common goal, even if there is miles apart.
• I have through my military service had some simple courses in First Aid, and therefor I now have an understanding of the human anatomy.
   

Bar Manager/Bartender

• As Bar manager I have had the overall responsibility of the staff and service/guests during my shift. This could for example be managing breaks, dealing with unforeseen issues and ensuring that both guests and colleagues have a good experience.
• As the person in charge of the shift, I should have a full overview of all employees, approve shifts and make a cash count for the day.
• As a bartender, I received training in the use of the different types of alcohol, serving customers and making delicious cocktails.
   

Tester at Covid Test Center

• As a tester, I acquired knowledge about hygiene and had to easily adapt to the new guidelines applicable for the schools of Gladsaxe.
• I was responsible for testing and maintaining hygiene for staff and students. I tested children with special needs and other medical diagnoses. It taught me to stay calm and focused on the task.

• As a tester, I had to acquire new knowledge about hygiene and current guidelines to ensure the safety of the patients.
• I I was responsible for quick testing the citizens in the municipality of Copenhagen.

I took pride in reassuring the citizens and making them feel safe. I did everything I could to test them as gently as possible.

• I learned the importance of always adhering to current procedures and never compromising on safety.

• My most important job as a waiter was serving the guests and exceeding their expectations of the service made me happy.
• I was also responsible for keeping the restaurant clean and tidy.
• I helped to create a shift schedule and train the new employees.

• I were in charge of the restaurant when the manager was out.

Ghazala Garden & Beach – Sunwing Makadi Waterworld                 2017 - 2018

• As a sports guide, I was responsible for various sports activities that took place at the hotel. It was primarily yoga, morning stretching, water polo, dance shows, ball games and kindergarten games.
• As "Guest relation Manager" I was responsible for the Scandinavian guests. My job was to check that the rooms lived up to the standard of the hotel and make sure they were ready for check in. My main task was to talk to the guests about their experience, and come up with ideas on how the quality of the hotel could be improved. My job also consisted of making recruitment decisions regarding hiring and firing. A big part of the job was to be helpful to anyone who might need help or information. I took pride in making customers feel welcome and creating a good atmosphere so everyone had a great holiday.
