Mladen Barisic

My name is Mladen Barisic and I'm 33 years old male. I live in Bagsværd a little city just outside of Copenhagen. I have worked as a Customer Service / Technical Representative for more than 2 years for an international company. I have dealt with a lot of different personas and tasks throughout my career, and therefore I would mean that I possess the right skills for a Customer Service related position. A good customer Service Representative must in my eyes and view have good communication as it's vital for an effective Customer Service Agent/Specialist. The same can be said about listening. It is very important to be able to listen carefully and understand the need of a customer, and to be able to provide clear and concise information is crucial. I have throughout my career received positive feedback on both last-mentioned parts. 

 

-Handling and processing freight/logistics cases via tickets on Zendesk and registering further orders in our ERP system 

-Handling and processing technical cases/issues via tickets on Zendesk and processing further orders in our ERP system 

- Handling inquiries from chatbot via Woocommerce/Zendesk

- Adding new Macros on Zendesk and updating previous ones 

- Checking order/receipt information via Wordpress, Woocommerce, and Indiegogo (crowdfunding campaign/campaigns) 

- Generate vouchers via our Woocommerce site 

- Upload warranty proofs and documentation via Google drive 

- Review various Legacy orders and cases via Microsoft Excel sheets

- My position worked as a bridge between several different departments namely customer service, workshop/Flagship store, and supply chain. I answered inquiries from colleagues when there were questions or doubts about whether a customer had a valid or invalid warranty certificate. Here I could often be called or written to in order to refute/confirm the validity of the certificate and to elaborate and find relevant information that could be missing in cases. Project officer for various technical projects. Often I have been in charge of projects and their deadlines. These projects were technically oriented and often in cooperation with our supply chain. I have traveled several times to our factory abroad for; FGI inspections and quality assurance of new products. Firmware installation and adjustment on electronic components via Bacdoor (engineering software) Processed customer service orders promptly to increase customer satisfaction.
