I’m Manuela, 22 y/o from southern Brazil. For the last 3 years I’ve lived in Norway, before that I lived in Portugal. I've been away from home for almost 5 years now.  It wasn’t until I left Brazil that I realised how much meaning food holds for people. It helps us cross borders, to explore new cultures outside of our own, or as it is for me, a connection back home.
