Om Luca Alessi:
I’m a final-year BBA student at ESADE Business School and have just completed my exchange at University College Dublin with a strong interest in investment banking, markets, and strategic advisory.
Having lived and studied across Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, and Ireland, I bring an international perspective and adaptability to diverse environments. Alongside my academic training, I founded and managed a compliance support service for B&Bs in Tuscany, where I developed hands-on experience in regulation, client management, and financial organization.
I combine strong analytical skills (Excel, financial modelling fundamentals, working knowledge of Python) with clear communication and teamwork. I’m particularly interested in roles within FIG investment banking, asset management, private markets advisory, and strategy execution, where I can contribute structured thinking and commercial awareness.
Erfaring
Founder & Manager of a compliance support service for B&Bs in Tuscany (2022–2025), where I advised property owners on regulatory requirements, documentation processes, and local compliance standards. Managed client relationships, structured financial tracking in Excel, and ensured timely reporting and operational efficiency.
Additionally, I volunteered at The Light House in Dublin (2025), supporting asylum seekers with essential supplies and coordination, strengthening my teamwork, communication, and adaptability in high-responsibility environments.
Through these experiences, I developed strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate independently while delivering structured, client-focused solutions.
