Over 25 years of consultancy in Contact Centres in a variety of business verticals across the World.

Since 2001 specialised in Contact Centre Workforce Management with projects from single site of 35 employees to multinational operations with several thousand employees. 

I have been engaged on the full lifecycle of implementation of Workforce Management and associated technologies, from presales, requirements gathering and scoping to implementation, training and optimisation, along with support and expansion.

In the course of the projects I have worked with many associated contact centre technologies, embedding data and workflows into the Workforce Management projects.

I have a BA in teaching and many post education training courses under my belt, and have been using my teaching skills to bring across very complex information to customers
