I am an Italian lawyer who graduated with a Master's Degree in law from the University of Ferrara, in
Italy. I am specialized in EU and international law as well as Italian civil law. I am motivated and detailoriented.
Proficient in drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements and advising clients in order

Prepare and reviewed contracts and other legal documents following
applicable regulations.
Manage several cases autonomously, handling the contacts with the clients,
drafting legal documents or opinions both on pre-litigation and litigation processes.

Write articles on GDPR matters and data protection policies which have
been published on cybersecurity360.it.
Draft and review privacy policy and other documents as provided for in Reg.
UE n. 2016/679 (GDPR).
Perform legal and research on civil law, privacy and data protection in order to provide clients with the correct legal advice and support on how to handle sensitive data and personal data.

Feb. 16 - Jan. 19 Assistant Teacher

and ADD, assisting them with homework and studying.

I attended the Radboud University of Nijmegen for the Erasmus+ program for a
total of six months.
Classes attended: Private international law, international and comparative
copyright law, European legal history, topics typical to Dutch law.
