From Argentina, happily married, 2 beautiful dogs, in the restaurant business  and customer service trade for 15 years.

 I've been in charge of a kitchen team, I've dealt with pressure,  I've been a waiter, I have washed dishes and been the general manager of a couple of brewpubs. 

 I have passion for what I do. I believe life if made of little moments, I like to help people create that experiences, a core memory.
