Versatile professional with 20 years’ experience, including more than 14 years’ in providing technical solution for wind turbine construction, Transport and Maintenance combined with Strategic, Technical and Project management. Strategic role involves defining and developing long term WTG TCM Technology roadmap, Drive/Execute the technology projects, launching new products to market in collaboration with Product management, Technical due diligence, new supplier introduction and Procurement strategies. Excels at taking extreme challenges, navigating organization dynamics, and forecasting and dismantling roadblocks to success. Practiced in clarifying business requirements, performing gap analysis between goals and existing procedure/skill sets, and designing process and system improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Responsibilities includes scoping, Budget evaluation (CAPEX, OPEX), resource planning, task delegation, deliverable follow-up, review and approval etc., 
With the present role, I contribute to ensure project excellence, Operational excellence, Time to Market and support Offshoring strategy to Best cost countries.
Overall experience includes 3 years’ in DNV GL, Norway and 7 years in Vestas Technology R&D, 4 years in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Denmark and rest in other industries. I have very good hands-on experience in International rules and regulations like Machinery Directive, EN, DNV, API, ABS, Lloyd’s, NORSOK, LOLER and US norms for design and structural analysis/calculations. I am a person that often says things straight out, result-oriented, motivational, and good at solving problems through or together with colleagues. I have good analytic skills by being focused on the process and thus getting the task to succeed.
