Managing Partner. 

  • In my role as managing partner of a business consulting firm, I develop and maintain relationship with potential clients. I develop and implement bespoke business solutions to their business. I just concluded the procurement of a 2 million dollars equipment for one of my clients. 
  • I run the daily operations of the business and assign tasks to my associates and also follow up with progress of each project to ensure delivery of set targets. 
  • I review and oversee all financial activities, performance, and documentation. Efficient user of accounts and CRM software. 
  • I conduct high level research for business and also develop high level rapport with government officials at all levels for ease of business for our clients. 
  • I manage, monitor, and review business operations with a view to Identifying improvement gaps and implementing corrective measures. Recently concluded a business re-organization project that has resulted in 23% business cost savings. 

Etazuma Mining and Industries Limited                                                 2019 - 2021 

Head, Corporate Strategy and Planning

  • Identified and evaluated new investment opportunities and assess the risk of new initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient allocation of resources within Etazuma and Client Companies. 
  • Managed and delivered projects that supported the overall Group objectives in terms of volume targets, improving existing processes and increasing the reliability, availability and performance of equipment and manpower.  
  • I initiated and completed financial studies, feasibility studies, Business forecasts, Strategic business plans, in-depth analysis and review of Strategies for Etazuma Mining and Industries Limited and client companies (including Zuma 828 Coal Limited, Zuma Energy Nigeria Limited) for 2019 and 2020.
