I am a results-driven Quality Manager with over 30 years of experience in aerospace and advanced composites, working across planning, prototyping, production, and Quality Assurance within highly regulated environments. I have supported complex programmes involving aircraft, helicopters, satellites, radar systems, software, medical equipment, automotive, marine, and wind energy applications. My background combines deep technical expertise with strategic quality leadership at both operational and programme level. I spent seven years working internationally as a contractor to broaden my exposure to new manufacturing techniques, regulatory frameworks, and high-value, fast-paced projects delivered to demanding schedules. I lead quality and process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, compliance, and reduction of Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ). My approach is structured and data-driven, combining Lean and Six Sigma methodology with practical implementation. I actively leverage AI-driven tools and digital solutions to strengthen analysis, streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and support informed decision-making. 
 

 I have a strong background in quality management within regulated manufacturing environments, focusing on compliance, process improvement, and operational performance. I have experience in quality assurance, inspections, documentation control, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and organisational standards.

My work has involved audit support, risk management, and continuous improvement, while coordinating stakeholders and quality processes across projects and production. I take a structured, analytical, and data-driven approach, with a focus on improving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and supporting teams to achieve high quality and operational standards.

My education supports my work in quality management, compliance, and regulated manufacturing environments, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles, analytical problem-solving, and structured process management. I also hold a BVC ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certificate, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and Mannaz PM1 and PM2 project management certifications, strengthening my expertise in quality systems, continuous improvement, and structured project execution.
